What you do: Strategy and Analytics: Dive into customer insights across Asia, benchmark against competitors, and lead focus group discussions. Distribution Transformation: Enhance processes from financial needs analysis to quality control and persistency management. Product, Segments, and Propositions: Contribute to training, marketing campaigns, product development, and sales tools. Support Regional Initiatives: Drive cross-sell/up-sell programs and support regional training and marketing efforts. Power BI Reporting: Leverage data to drive insights and business decisions. Best Practice Sharing: Organize events like workshops and partner visits to foster knowledge sharing. What You Bring: A recent diploma graduate (within the last two years) from a Singapore Polytechnic in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Basic knowledge or experience in banking and financial products is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
