Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a transformative corporate strategy focused on expanding the company’s footprint in Kuwait’s civil engineering and construction sectors.
• Identify and pursue emerging market opportunities in infrastructure, urban development, and large-scale civil engineering projects to position the company as a market leader.
• Build partnerships with government entities, private developers, and international stakeholders to support long-term growth.

• Lead business development initiatives, leveraging a robust network within Kuwait’s construction and civil engineering sectors to secure high-value projects.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including government bodies, regulatory authorities, and private investors, to identify opportunities in public infrastructure and commercial developments.
• Drive market analysis to identify trends, untapped opportunities, and competitive advantages in the civil engineering and construction landscape.

• Oversee the diversification and enhancement of the company’s project portfolio, prioritizing high-impact and revenue-generating civil engineering ventures.
• Develop innovative approaches to bid on and win large-scale projects, particularly in infrastructure, urban planning, and industrial construction.
• Establish and implement strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets, maintaining a sharp focus on profitability and sustainability.

• Streamline project execution by introducing cutting-edge construction technologies and practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

• A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within the civil engineering or construction sectors.
• Proven success in driving business development and securing high-value contracts in infrastructure, real estate, or public works.
• Extensive network and strong relationships with key stakeholders in Kuwait’s market, including government entities and private sector players.
• Deep understanding of civil engineering processes, project management, and operational best practices.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering transformative growth and portfolio expansion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
