Our Client, a leading property development and real estate company seeks an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Advertising Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and advertising plans to promote properties, enhance brand visibility, and analyze market trends. This role involves coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales and attract potential buyers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing & advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and target audienceElevate the company's brand presence in the real estate market through various marketing initiativesCoordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibilityOversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertisingCreate and manage lead generation campaigns focused on converting leads into salesConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunitiesPlan and execute promotional events, open houses, and property exhibitionsManage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resourcesLead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring goals are met and performance aligns with company expectationsOversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including brochures, online listings, videos, and advertisementsBuild and maintain partnerships with local media outlets, advertising agencies, and influencersContinuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to adjust strategiesProvide regular reports to senior management on ROI, KPIs, and key insights for continuous improvementMinimum RequirementsMust be based in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transferBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia or the GCC regionStrong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, branding, content creation, and lead generationExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsProficiency in Arabic and English is requiredFamiliarity with the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and customer preferencesBenefitsCompetitive salary range of SAR 275,000 - SAR 500,000 including housing allowance, transportation allowance, and medical insuranceOpportunity to work with a leading real estate company in RiyadhProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environment
