Work Experience: 5.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)Function: Production / Quality / MaintenanceIndustry: Food Processing - Dairy/Sugar/MeatExperience requirement: 12+ YearsJob DescriptionTo develop and execute product demand plans in coordination with management, inventory, warehouse section, and sales teams to improve and deliver accurate, robust, and timely forecasts to meet the goals of the company.To develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends, maintaining demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.To assist in identifying demand forecast risks and address warehouse section issues that could affect the business, developing effective mitigation plans.To maintain the demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands, managing the development of inventory and turns targets (budget and ongoing) by creating new ideas to improve the existing warehouse section.To build solid relations with suppliers through joint planning regarding stock levels, peaks, lead times, financial concerns, and quality issues.To work with customers, sales team, and warehouse staff to improve forecast accuracy and update customers and sales team about product availabilities.To maintain inventory levels, highlight risks and actions based on future customer demands, managing the activities required to develop safety stock levels that support service level targets by product, while optimizing inventory investment.To provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customer reactions to promotions and discounts.To address demand-related queries and issues in a timely manner, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans.To identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply in a timely manner.To work with the team to plan, coordinate, and execute demand planning activities and to follow and enforce company rules and regulations.To perform other general administrative duties for the warehouse section such as processing and other requirements of the production planner.To prepare and maintain reports pertaining to the demand planning process to be submitted to the production planner.Apply NowInterested candidates are requested to apply for this job.Recruiters will evaluate your candidature and will get in touch with you.
