An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a renowned organisation in Saudi Arabia, which also maintains a strong presence in the GCC region and has established itself as a significant player in the food and beverage industry.The successful candidate will join their expanding legal team, offering expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, negotiation, contract review, and drafting.Ideally, applicants should possess at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience and be legally qualified in the KSA, UK or other common law jurisdictions. Candidates should have substantial exposure to international law, including hands-on experience in cross-border transactions and various aspects of business law. Proficiency in the Arabic language and experience within the GCC region is essential.Remuneration: Approximately SAR 60,000 to 70,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, or the equivalent of 150,000 to 180,000 GBP (tax-free), in addition to a bonus and other benefits.Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
