Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure that all files are accurate and up-to-date. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Support the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement surveys. Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including scheduling and logistics. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Provide support for employee relations initiatives, such as disciplinary actions or conflict resolution. Requirements: Saudi National Candidate required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field. Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
