Your Role
Your role will require a deep understanding of animation with strong graphic and product design principles to create dynamic and effective visual narratives for Tamara. You will be part of a cross-functional design team that will see your work intersecting both on the product and branding aspect of Tamara.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for a variety of media including digital ads, social media, and promotional videos.
Ability to work on the intersection of Brand and Product experience is a must.
Utilize advanced animation techniques to enhance storytelling through dynamic visual content that engages and inspires audiences.
Work closely with creative directors, art directors, and other designers to integrate motion graphics with other multimedia elements.
Push the boundaries of motion design to create innovative solutions that effectively convey complex messages in simple, visually appealing ways.
Lead motion design projects from concept through completion, ensuring all elements are aligned with the brand's standards and campaign objectives.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and software in motion design, continuously enhancing skills and introducing new tools and techniques to the team.
Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio of previous work that demonstrates expertise in motion graphics and animation.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design and editing software. (3D is a plus)
A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of motion design work. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts and decisions.
Exceptional creativity and a proven track record of delivering innovative motion design solutions that meet marketing and branding objectives.
Additional Requirements:
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
