We are looking out for the below role for one of the leading OFS (Oil Field Services) companies in Saudi Arabia.Service Coordinator / Tool CoordinatorThe candidate must have 10 to 15 years of experience in performing fishing, milling, and conventional stimulation/well intervention Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) for Coiled Tubing operations & Work Over Rig. Skills in operating, maintaining, redressing, and testing (fishing tools, jars and accelerators, expansion anchors, positive displacement motors, cutting tools, rotary wash nozzles, and more) are required.Responsibilities:Coordinate and direct the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators, and operator assistants during equipment rig up and rig down on location.Provide planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels.Ensure customer satisfaction with jobs performed.Perform data collection and distribution on jobs as needed.Coordinate the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.Provide input on individual performance levels of subordinates and offer on-the-job skills development.Monitor Milling, Cleanout, and TCP operations.Supervise Fishing operations.Implement new procedures and checklists for tools redressing and inspection.Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines.Analyze well bore schematics, computer programs (Insite), and operational procedures.Qualifications:Basic computer skills are preferred.Good leadership and negotiating skills are essential.Looking for an immediately available candidate.
