About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle ERP solution, focusing on SCM and Property Manager modules.

Accountabilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules in Oracle ERP.

Customize Oracle SCM modules to meet specific business requirements, including RICE (reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions) development.

Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM solutions mainly Inventory, Demand Planning and Logistics (OTM - Transportation Management) modules that align with operational goals, ensuring efficient inventory control and management.

Design and implement seamless integration between Oracle SCM and other 3rd party applications.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to Oracle SCM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Identify and implement process improvements within Inventory, Demand Management and OTM modules to optimize inventory turnover, reduce excess stock, and improve demand accuracy.

Work closely with end-users to address functional and technical issues, providing guidance and training as needed.

Provide guidance and support to business teams in process design, process improvement, and process management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.

Identify areas where the standard Cloud ERP functionality does not meet business needs and define the necessary customizations.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate business users and team members on Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities.

Develop and enforce quality assurance processes for all stages of the ERP implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring solution meets business requirements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flow and configuration guides to support ongoing operations and future upgrades.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP updates and trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

About you:

You will possess:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field. Advanced degree or Master degree preferred.

Overall, 8-10 years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations mainly Inventory, Demand Management and Transportation Management.

Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP techno functional, with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with other enterprise systems.

Experience in customizing Oracle ERP modules to meet unique business needs, including developing extensions using Oracle's PaaS offerings.

Proven experience in implementing large-scale ERP projects.

Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite SCM modules to support on-premise ERP also.

Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Logistics.

Preferred:

Aviation industry experience.

Professional Certifications in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery/ITIL in a regulated environment.

Job Specific Skills:

Essential:

Experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite modules mainly in Inventory and Property Manager.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM Fusion (Inventory/Product Management, Demand Management, Supply Chain Execution & Collaboration, Warehouse Management and Logistics/Transportation Management).

Command of English language.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design effective ERP solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring teams.

Preferred:

Experience in Primavera Unifier for Property Management solution.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP trends and updates.

Experience in change management and user training to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the ERP system.

Experience in process mapping and process flow analysis tools, Lean Six Sigma certified.
