What You Will Do :
- Guide a development roadmap that improves construction project management workflows.
- Develop new products and increase the profitability of existing products.
- Utilize construction finance and project management experience to create a big-picture vision.
- Understand customer problems and find innovative solutions.
- Define product requirements in collaboration with engineering counterparts.
- Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy.
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering.
- Drive product into multiple market verticals with a focus on Civil.
- Own the end-to-end vision for the Jobpac Mobile App.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering staff, and stakeholders to maintain the roadmap.
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from ideation to tactical initiatives.
- Conduct market research to specify market requirements for current and future products.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan.
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields.
- Construction Software experience.
- Knowledge of Construction Finance and Project Management workflows.
- Demonstrable experience in SaaS product management or equivalent role.
- Understanding of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.
- Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in data analytics and visualization.
- Experience managing project backlogs and prioritization.
