Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome. The Role Join the Kieser Collingwood team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary
• Promoting Kieser’s products and services
• Conducting membership consults
• Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
• Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members
• Consistently delivering high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Ideal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior computer and IT skills are beneficial. If you are passionate about building relationships and growing your career in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you. This is a part-time role, up to 3 days per week. Qualifications & Certifications Required:

• Valid working rights in Australia
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• National Police Check
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
