The Client Our client is a prestigious global real estate investment and asset management firm, and is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Analyst/Junior Asset Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned firm in the real estate industry and develop your skills in investment analysis and asset management. The Role You will be supporting the Senior Analyst.

• Assist with financial, property and corporate analysis
• Accounting reporting
• Assisting with any banking and related reporting
• Investments, compliance, capital markets
• Attend site inspections with the directors

The Candidate

• Degree in accounting, finance or property is imperative
• Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in financial modelling
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
