About the Role: As a Biomedical Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Biomedical Engineers, ensuring the optimal medical equipment performance and maintenance. Your role will involve:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Biomedical Engineers
• Hands-on involvement in the maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment
• Implementing and managing inventory control systems
• Preparing and submitting detailed reports on equipment performance and maintenance
• Collaborating with clinical staff to identify equipment needs and resolve issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
