- Experience using a phone in a corporate environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Be confident with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Supporting sales team and process across phones, IT and print solutions.
- Liaise with customers keeping them updated with orders.
- Communicate between service and sales departments.
- Ongoing training and development in an ever changing industry.
