We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading Architectural practice based in the Edinburgh area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on a range of exciting residential and student accommodation projects as part of an award-winning team. Our client is open in terms of the successful Senior Architectural Technologists background / experience but all applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' UK experience as well as a good knowledge of Revit. - Work on exciting Residential and Student Accommodation
- Work on Revit predominantly
- Work projects from planning stage through to completion
- Prepare and produce technical bid and tender documents
- Work independently as well as in a team throughout all RIBA Stages
- Help more Junior members of the team
- Living within a commutable distance of Edinburgh
- Excellent knowledge of Revit
- Experience working on student accommodation projects highly advantageous
- 5 years+ relevant industry experience
- Revit experience
- Good technical ability
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Competitive salary (£38,000 - £50,000 DOE)
