For more information, please visit our website: . About the Opportunity Shepparton Christian College is looking for a full-time Secondary Physical Education Health Teacher based in Shepparton, VIC. This role reports to the Principal and is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Physical Education and Health lessons while supporting students’ academic, physical, and spiritual growth. Key responsibilities for these roles include but are not limited to:
- Planning and delivering engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Preparing and developing teaching materials that enhance learning
- Employing effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment
- Assessing and reporting on student performance in line with College policy and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining consistent communication with students, parents, and staff to support individual learning needs
- Designing, implementing, and reviewing curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students
- Contributing to co-curricular programmes and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment that reflects Christian values.
- Upholding Shepparton Christian College’s mission, vision, and faith-based ethos in all aspects of teaching and community engagement.
- Experience with lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management
