The Role This a varied role undertaking Client Service Administrator duties. You will enjoy variety in your day and being a valued member of the administrative team. You will work closely with the Accountants and undertake higher level duties than your typical CSA role. Your main duties will include the following:
- Standard ATO emails and letters, utilising the ATO portal, arranging payments and downloading reports
- Undertaking Corporate Compliance duties and dealing directly with ASIC
- Preparing client documents, preparing client invoices, booking meetings
- Oversee electronic lodgements and monitoring workflow
- Invoicing
- Strong communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work as a part of a team
