Join The Solved Skin: We’re Looking for a Customer & Community Champion! The Solved Skin is on a mission to make it easy for people with skin concerns to have clear, healthy skin. Founded by Ex Unilever Couple, based out of Mumbai, The Solved Skin was started with a deep conviction in what good skincare looks like – Simple, Gentle, and effective – with products that do what they say they will. With great feedback from our initial set of consumers, we are now looking to reach out to many more, and looking for great help to get us there. About the role We are looking for someone who loves talking to and helping people. Someone who can be organized and structured, and create processes as needed. We want someone to answer customer’s queries, help give a great experience to users, find all the problems they are experiencing, and help build out solutions that can be systemized. It would be a great bonus if you have any experience running & building a community, where people can connect with the brand and each other. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the category, the products, the science behind them
  • Answer customer queries in an informed and smart manner
  • Speak to consumers and get insights and share with the team
  • Help build the retention funnel, and increase customer love & loyalty
  • Reply to people on Instagram, help make the brand presence felt everywhere
  • Handle outbound supply chain logistics
  • Bonus would be to help build a strong community
Who're we looking for If you’re someone that genuinely enjoys speaking to people, understanding them, and helping them, guiding them, and thinking how you can make their lives better, you would enjoy this role. Our goal is to hire a people champion who helps build loyalty amongst those who try and use our products by constantly identifying improvement areas and also helping us fix them.  What you'll get
