IT Recruiter/Lead (Domestic) Location: Lucknow (Onsite) Experience Required: 4+ Years Role Description End to End Requirement, Team Handling, Client Handling, Background Check, Onboarding, Operations Management Working experience on Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn with client like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, LTI, Mindtree etc. Working experience into technical IT Requirement and good knowledge of SAP Requirement. Essential Skills 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment (Domestic). Willingness to lead a team and coordinate with client spoc. Familiarity with IT recruitment, document verification, and onboarding processes. Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
