Marketing Coordinator

About the role: Flogas is seeking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external partners. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing and delivering innovative marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key responsibilities:

1. Manage customer regulatory communications from generation through to approval.
2. Work with other departments - Regulatory, Sales, Customer Service, and Billing to ensure customer communications are filtered through Marketing in a systematic and timely manner.
3. Be the central repository for all departmental communications - Sales, Customer Service, and Billing ensuring that all communications have been approved by Marketing to ensure they are in line with brand guidelines.
4. Manage all Marketing collateral - design, production, distribution, and storage.
5. Maintain collateral and promotional materials inventory.
6. Work with and manage 3rd party agencies - Design, Print, Social Media, and PR.
7. Assist other members of the Marketing Department in the implementation of communications and campaigns.
8. Assist with the planning & implementation of various events including key sponsorships and trade shows.
9. Assist on all energy Marketing campaigns and communications. Manage Marketing Calendar including - Energy campaign, sponsorships, E-Store campaigns, Feelgoods Rewards activity.
10. Be Marketing's Champion on internal communication platform - Workvivo.
11. Monitor social media including creating timely and engaging content.
12. Work with other departments to ensure that social media queries are sent to the correct department and responded to in a timely manner.
13. Manage the administration of the energy marketing budget providing monthly updates on Marketing expenditure.
14. Additional duties as required.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a graduate in marketing with at least 1 year of experience in communications or marketing. They possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in social media marketing, with a solid understanding of its role in driving brand awareness and engagement. The candidate is highly detail-oriented, with excellent planning and organizational abilities. They are also proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with various teams. A full, clean driving license and access to a car is essential for this role.
