Industry: Global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. Location: Town Salary Range: Up to $7,000.00 This is a Permanent role. MAIN FUNCTION OF THE ROLE: Promote the GMS Marine Retrofit Solutions for GMS HVAC systems & Through Life Mature Asset Services to key End Users, decision makers and influencers within South East Asia marine, offshore, oil & gas markets. Promote and Increase Awareness of Marine Solutions. Collaborate and coordinate activities across GMS & Navy x 12 Branches Handle technical queries from customers and execute projects independently Work with the Branch Manager/Sales Manager to implement the agreed strategy for business development and the promotion of Marine Solutions. Work alongside the Sales and Engineering teams to create and develop a strong platform for new build sales within South East Asia Marine & Offshore markets. Identify PRIME opportunities, delivery and conversion of sales opportunities. What you will do: Be responsible for promoting the company as the Industry Leader to key decision makers and influencers within the Marine & Offshore market places. Target and develop key End User relationships across each of the regions, particularly those associated with the Marine & Offshore. Develop an understanding of the Local Authorities and their associated regulations and company registrations required in association with each of the solutions we take to market. Identify, lead and coordinate the company efforts to obtain local Authority and End User product/solution approvals. Develop a strategy and platform to target new installation sales opportunities for the company within the territory. Responsible for the development and achievement of the company Business Development and Growth Plan, including specific sales objectives and financial targets. Identify potential and develop accounts within the territory that can add value as Key Account Service Partners. Further develop existing and identify/target new Customer relationships and projects to promote the company and generate service opportunities, particularly on PRIME/Retrofit projects. Evaluate analysis findings for technical and business reports. Handle design works and/or project management relevant to HVAC. Develop and maintain a high level of opportunity conversion by maximizing strong relationships with potential Customers and decision makers/influencers. What we look for: Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline. Experience working in an Oil, Gas, Marine and Energy Market Place. Experience identifying, contacting and promoting the solutions of a large enterprise to Local Authorities, End Users and market decision makers. Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels. Customer-focused orientation with strong influencing and negotiation skills. A high level of Business Acumen with strong strategic agility. Systematic and Logical with a drive to achieve goals and objectives. Must thrive in challenging situations and work within the parameters of the organization. Technical knowledge of HVAC and prior experience.
