People Profilers | Sales & Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage existing resellers relationships to effectively achieve predefined business targets, strengthening sales growth and market share. Identify, initiate and collaborate with resellers on trade marketing programs which add brand value, drive volume sales and increase resellers and customers satisfaction. Seek out business opportunities by identifying new prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options for new resellers. Source for direct business relationship with jewellery manufacturers/pawnbrokers in selected SEA countries. Partake in regional sales support for resellers such as regional meetings and trade shows. Deliver training including trade knowledge and launching of new products to resellers. Monitor competitors activities and conduct analysis on channels, categories and sales performance to identify business opportunities. Attend to customers inquiries via phone or email, complaints and coordinate with engineer and customer service to resolve application and technical problems. Participate to support marketing to generate creative marketing contents to increase brand and product awareness. Support and work closely with other departments to achieve common company objectives. Any other duties as may be assigned. Requirements: A diploma/degree in Business or any related field. Minimum 2 years regional sales experience in a B2B industry, and willing to travel. Self-driven, hands-on, street smart and independent with good time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer centric mind-set.
