Job Description

Role Purpose To lead MKTG relationships by developing and managing plans at a client level driving acquisition and retention through communication and engagement activations. The role requires deep understanding and reporting of trends at a client, regional and industry level. Corporate/KA Trade Marketing
  1. Retention: Develop and align Regional Client Retention Marketing Plans and supervise executions.
  2. New Business: Develop Acquisition Sales toolkit driving BUPA Arabia Value proposition while customizing to client needs.
  3. Communication: Supervise the overall regional communication master plans and coordinate with other regions.
  4. Relationship Management: Leading POC for strategic Sales requirements, as well as cross organization reporting and coordination with organization stakeholders.
SME Trade Marketing
  1. Retention: Develop and align Regional Client Retention Marketing Plans and executions.
  2. Recovery: Support SME Recovery team with any needed marketing assets and activations.
  3. Communication: Supervise the overall regional communication master plans and coordinate with other regions.
  4. Relationship Management: Leading POC for strategic Sales requirements, as well as cross organization reporting and coordination with organization stakeholders.
Intelligence & Analysis
  1. Analysis: Focused on Retention, Utilization, Satisfaction and Lappsers.
  2. Reporting: at an organization level.
Budget & Investment
  1. Lead: AOP budget planning for function.
  2. Responsible: for functional ROI.
  3. Monthly: Functional Budget Reporting.
  4. Long-term: Investment efficiency planning.
Talent Development
  1. Develop Trade Marketing capabilities, including planning, analysis, presenting and reporting.
