Here’s what you can expect and count on in your new role as an Associate/Senior Ecologist with EMM:

• Your work will see you leading significant ecology projects across diverse industries, scoping solutions and proposals through to leading the delivery and resources resulting in high quality reports and outcomes.

• This is a hybrid position that would combine home working with team collaboration days at our Brisbane office.
• The role will require field work across the State.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• 7 years plus relevant post graduate experience, preferably gained within an ecological consultancy environment.
• Extensive experience with planning and leading ecological field surveys and plant/botany identification skills.
• Solid experience undertaking regional ecosystem surveys and BioCondition assessments.
• Ability to research, prepare documentation and draw conclusions to support recommendations for review.
• A degree in ecology or a related discipline.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Great relationship skills including the ability to liaise with the team, clients and all relevant stakeholders.
• Have a current/valid unrestricted QLD/NSW driver's license.
