Warehouse Planning Manager

Job Description - Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies for space optimization, inventory handling, and cost control. - Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping. - Monitor and analyze inventory levels to manage space use and ensure timely replenishment. - Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders, manage stock levels, and ensure data accuracy. - Schedule workforce and ensure adequate staffing levels for daily operations. - Conduct regular audits of warehouse procedures and implement improvements. - Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for coordinated inbound and outbound shipments. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure effective communication with other departments and stakeholders to align warehouse activities with business objectives. - Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. - Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts related to warehouse operations. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all warehouse documentation. - Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes for better turnaround times and cost reduction. • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
