Role Overview: We are hiring multiple ServiceNow Technical Consultants to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. You'll work on transformative projects, collaborating with top talent to design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
- Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or App Engine).
- Proven ability to design workflows and automate processes.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
