As the Homeofhiit, this role allows for the opportunity to grow your current skills in Programming, Training, and Coaching at both a member level and a professional level, all while creating the look and feel of excellence and functionality. As “attitude is everything,” this role is more than just a Studio Manager, and hiit republic is more than just a workout; it is an experience. A workout like no other, hiit republic is a functional fitness class-based environment, open 24/7, all at an affordable price where no two classes are ever the same. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS The skills & qualifications we are looking for:

• First aid (if not currently holding, would be willing to acquire)
• CPR (if not currently holding, would be willing to acquire)
• Working with Vulnerable People check (if not currently holding, would be willing to acquire)
• Fitness Registration
• Certificate III in Fitness

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The maintenance and creation of all rosters to outline and meet the legislative requirements necessary.
• Maintaining member retention and increasing member sales across managing clubs.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills. You will enjoy interacting with both members of the team and valued members to build the brand and support the team in a variety of tasks, along with mentoring future leaders of Hiit Republic to deliver their best performance.
• Operational excellence by bringing to the team highly organized and formal operation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while having a willingness to learn and be agile in adapting to new requirements.
• Ability to be a role model and live our Viva values and behaviors while being passionate about our brands. You will demonstrate professionalism, respect, and be a role model for others.
