The Role: The Workplace Lead is responsible for overseeing and delivering exceptional workplace experiences at our client's Sydney head offices. This role manages a diverse team of concierges and coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas, including client suites, private wealth areas, executive floors, and general workplace spaces. The Workplace Lead acts as the primary liaison between JLL and our client's Global Real Estate team, driving consistent implementation of workplace initiatives and maintaining high standards of service excellence. A snapshot of the role:
- Leadership and Team Management: Develop team members through regular performance assessments, training, and career progression opportunities.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Westpac's Global Real Estate team and other key stakeholders.
- Operations Management: Oversee the delivery of all workplace experience requirements across your assigned workplace. Develop and implement operational procedures and performance measures to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Service Excellence and Innovation: Apply design thinking methodologies to continuously improve the human experience and key touchpoints in the customer journey.
- Reporting and Communication: Generate reports and conduct presentations as per service delivery requirements and overall account management needs.
