Nityo Infotech Services Sdn Bhd is a company that provides IT Services from Solutions to Implementation to Industries such as Bank/Financial Institutions, Telco, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, GLC's and many more. We are looking for a skillful individual to be part of our Talent Acquisition team to support our business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Attend requirement gathering meetings/session along with Sales Team and Client to understand the business requirement.
- Job Posting: Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social media platforms.
- Sourcing: Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn).
- Networking: Network with candidates offline, during job fairs or events.
- Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and job applications according to JD's.
- Initial Interview: Conduct initial interview with the candidates, shortlist and proceed to propose them to the Business/Sales Team by sharing candidate's CV's.
- CV Formatting: Format the candidate's CV once the Business/Sales Team shortlist them to be proposed to the client.
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants' information in the tracker provided by Nityo, including CV's.
- Continuous learning on Malaysia's job trend, skills, talents, pay grades, etc.
- Comply with company policies and SOPs.
- Achieve targeted deployment/closure/KPIs set by Nityo Management Team.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 1 year working experience (max 5) in talent acquisition or similar field.
- Diploma/Degree in BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
- Must be 23 to 30 years old.
- Ability to handle the recruitment end-to-end process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, and hiring).
- Skills in sizing up genuine/legit applicants.
- Experience in evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and reporting.
- Attention to detail specifically in reporting data and tracker.
- Knowledge and experience in job portal platforms.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa. Skills in speaking/writing Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien is an advantage.
- Good communicator (articulate) within the team, colleagues, peers, managers, and clients.
- Strategist, go-getter, and self-motivated individual.
- Excellent time management skills and willing to extend working hours for the purpose of completing urgent tasks.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ambitious.
- Skills in handling challenges and addressing them positively.
- Demonstrated achievements such as impressive closures/deployments in the past/current organization.
