- $100,000 base salary + super, with quarterly bonuses of $5k for exceeding 30 properties and up to $7.5k for annual targets + mobile/laptop

- Current PM Registration & driver's license
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the real estate or rental sector
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
