• Oversee the remote management of data center infrastructure, ensuring maximum service availability.
• Plan and execute hardware installations, accounting for physical location, power, cooling, and cabling requirements.
• Manage data center standards, documentation, and onsite service providers, including technicians.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate infrastructure updates, audits, and equipment installations.
• Perform capacity planning for space, power, cooling, and cabling within the data center.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, data centers, and connectivity.
• Interface with colocation providers, hardware vendors, and other external partners to handle issues and implement new requests.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend upgrades to optimize infrastructure.

• Developing robust solutions for hardware, network devices, storage systems, and cabling.
