- Optimize performance across suppliers and stakeholders, focusing on Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Oversee project transitions from tender to execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
- Support the tendering team with technical, commercial, and contractual reviews.
- Monitor and report project performance with accurate monthly summaries and forecasts.
- Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Mentor and lead the project delivery team to uphold approved processes and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- At least 10 years in the mining/resource industry, with 5+ years in project management roles.
- Proven experience delivering high-value manufacturing projects.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
