Junior Property Manager - Maroubra Area

This is a position for a Junior Property Manager to work alongside a panel of top performing directors and amongst approximately 20 staff members. We are looking for an individual to assist in the streamline of all activity under a top performing Senior Property Manager. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting a Senior Property Manager with 300 Properties
• Deal with all enquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email and web
• Pro-actively communicate with all prospective tenants, existing tenants and landlords
• Complete ingoing condition reports
• Arrears control
• Attend all meetings and training sessions

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Previous Real Estate Experience
• Own car and Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
