About the Role: As Chief Executive, you will steer Hillcrest into its next chapter, shaping strategic direction and delivering growth while ensuring robust financial stability and governance. You will report directly to the Governing Body and be supported by a talented Executive Leadership Team. You will oversee the organisation’s operations, from developing new and maintaining existing homes, expanding services to championing environmental sustainability through our ambitious Net Zero Strategy and enhancing the quality of lives of the people we support. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement strategic direction and growth.
- Provide strong leadership to your team and the wider business
- Ensure financial stability and robust governance.
- Cultivate a positive organisational culture valuing collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and align comprehensive business plans with our mission.
- Engage with stakeholders, including tenants, government officials, and regulatory bodies.
- Advocate for Hillcrest’s vision and build impactful partnerships.
- 42 days annual leave per year inclusive of Public Holidays
- Choice of pensions schemes - auto enrolment with NOW Pensions employee contributes 5%, employer contributes 3% or The Pension Trust Pensions scheme where both employee and employer contributions are 8.5%
