Amazon Australia is looking for a driven Product/Program Manager to own feature enhancements that define the customer fulfillment experience. • Be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of customers
• Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance
• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence remote teams, both tech and non-tech
• Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things work
• Possess advanced project management skills, ideally experienced working in agile environments
• Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
• Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards
