Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is looking for a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to ensure smooth and successful operation of the Front Desk. This will involve managing the day to day Front Office related activities for the hotel including training new team members and being the point person for the front office team. WHAT YOULL DO Oversee daily front office operations with a focus on guest satisfaction Lead train and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Monitor VIP/special guests and their requests to ensure loyalty is maintained Qualifications : Experience in a Front Office leadership capacity or within a Hospitality environment advantageous Extremely coachable and open to feedback Passionate about hospitality and motivated to drive your career forward Willing to work varied hours including mornings afternoons and weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Proven problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime
