The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building scalable, enterprise-level data solutions . In this role, you will work on cutting-edge Data & AI projects across industries, collaborating with talented professionals to design and implement modern data architectures using leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Databricks) . This is an opportunity to contribute to data architecture blueprints, reusable frameworks , and internal product development initiatives , while mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in data engineering best practices . ️ What You Will Be Doing
- Work directly with enterprise clients to design and implement end-to-end Data & AI solutions .
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for batch and streaming workloads.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior data engineers.
- Contribute to data architecture designs, blueprints, and reusable frameworks .
- Troubleshoot and optimize slow-performing data pipelines .
- Participate in pre-sales activities , including scoping, solutioning, and POC development.
- Collaborate on internal product development and reusable accelerators.
- Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with knowledge of security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and/or Databricks for building production-grade data pipelines.
- Strong experience in data pipeline optimization and troubleshooting .
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Scala for data engineering tasks.
- Experience in building CI/CD-enabled data pipelines .
- Familiarity with data migration from legacy systems (e.g., Hadoop, traditional Data Warehouses) to cloud platforms.
- Certification in Databricks or cloud platforms .
- Knowledge of Lakehouse Architecture .
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills .
- Experience in developing reusable frameworks and accelerators .
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping technical skills up-to-date.
