Position: Sourcing Specialist - Recruiter Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Shift: Rotational (US and Indian Shifts) Work Mode:- ONSITE (No Remote / Hybrid options available) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sourcing Specialist - Recruiter to manage lateral hiring for both internal requirements and client roles across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in rotational shifts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both internal and client requirements in US and Indian shifts.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver the right talent within deadlines.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand and meet their hiring needs effectively.
- Ensure timely updates of recruitment data and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment strategies, and industry practices for both US and Indian markets.
- Work flexibly in rotational shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality hiring outcomes across time zones.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with expertise in lateral hiring.
- Familiarity with hiring practices and market trends in both the US and India.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving recruitment goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced staffing or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
