Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
• Measure and mix ingredients, and operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
• Monitor and control baking temperatures, humidity, and mixing times to ensure consistent product quality
• Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive and appealing manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth production
• Develop new recipes and products to expand the bakery's offerings
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
