About You CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales ,Customer Service (B2C). We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour. Your Day-To-Day
- Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platform
- Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.
- Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking
- Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled
- Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.
- Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree
- Proven Customer Support/Service/ Telesales
- Able to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented person
- Candidate with high integrity in values Prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.
- Candidate must will to work alternate 6 days Candidate must will to work on Public holiday and Weekend
- Office location - The Ascent Kelana Jaya
- Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills, mandarin will be plus
