Your duties and responsibilities as Sales Coordinator are as follows:

1. Responsible for sales order entry / recording.
2. Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of customer orders.
3. Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Product Planning Department on customer orders for the production planning and scheduling purposes.
4. Responsible to carry out sales and marketing to meet company and departmental goals.
5. Responsible to establish reliable forecast of sales & review/ prepare monthly sales report.
6. Responsible to know the products well and advise the customer or potential clients accordingly.
7. Responsible to take orders and review the order delivery capability.
8. Responsible to document customers’ needs and communicate and liaise with all concerned departmental heads and ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled.
9. Responsible to handle customer enquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary.
10. Responsible to liaise with Production Department to ensure production is on schedule.
11. Responsible to liaise with Product Development Department of any changes to product specification.
12. To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
