JR70303 Automation Technician
Responsibilities:- Support AMHS production tool system for Line Balancing Stocker (LBS), OHT /ARV, AGV, Split/Merge tool, safety fencing, track/loop, Counter, Vision system, Traceability tools etc.
- Operation System Trouble Shooting (Shift). ET system update, MyEquipment update.
- Closely work with Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, AMHS system, RMS, TSE, TAG, EDT and MCS, Tool view teams and raise remedy to resolve issues.
- IT System Change Support and Fanout.
- RCP / SCS Management.
- MCS (Material Control System) Supporting.
- Operation System critical metric improvement.
- Automation Reporting and improvement (Kaizen) plan/proposal.
- Assist Engineers in making quality and reliability improvements.
- Analyze and resolve system failure mechanism through effective problem solving.
- Minimize equipment downtime through preventive fixes / debugging and predictive maintenance.
- End of shift reporting and shift passover.
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/E&E) or with relevant engineering field.
- Preferred 1 year of semiconductor automation assembly or test experience with electrical control system, wirings and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in pneumatic cylinder installation, tubing hardware wirings and sensor settings.
- Motion actuator setup, alignment, and clocking experience.
- Able to do precision mechanical alignments in microns.
- Must know safe handling and operation of tools fixtures and Jigs.
- Able to read and understand the electrical drawings, and able to do wiring according to the engineering standard.
- Should have basic knowledge of electrical safety and other EHS related practices.
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and system faults.
- Fast and independent learner.
- Compliance to semiconductor standard (ESD, Cleanroom, EHS, ISO, IATF, etc.).
- Growth mindset, positive attitude, and behavior.
- Fresh Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
