Senior Production Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

• Execution of production plans for multiple products within the available capacity.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
• Work closely with Production to ensure minimum WIPs on the shop floor.
• Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or unexpected issues.
• Initiate, track & close manufacturing work orders for production operation at target set.
• Cooperate with the production team to achieve high OEE.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing teams to control raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Prepare pick lists on raw materials to warehouse for kitting of materials for production.
• Any other duties and improvement projects as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MRP, ERP, BOM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Cost-oriented team leader & member with analytical skills and the ability to motivate & influence the Production team towards achieving set targets.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
