We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North American (NAMER) market . This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to take ownership of sales strategy, lead generation, and client engagement in a fast-growing company. Role Overview As the Inside Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing and managing the inside sales process , overseeing a team of representatives, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and closing deals, ensuring smooth collaboration between sales and marketing teams. This role is perfect for experienced sales professionals who thrive in remote environments and have a proven track record in B2B sales . Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute an effective inside sales strategy tailored to the North American market .
  • Lead and mentor a small team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and content strategies.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Oversee outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate leads.
Client Engagement & Conversion
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls and meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Present tailored solutions, including AI chatbots , automation tools , and lead generation services , to address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth, deal velocity).
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimise sales processes.
Who You Are Must-Have Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales , with a focus on the NAMER market .
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing sales teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions , chatbots , or automation tools .
  • Experience working with industries like e-commerce, real estate, or healthcare.
