Lead / Senior ServiceNow ITSM & SPM Developer - FULL REMOTE - Contractor in USD

For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a Full remote Senior ServiceNow SPM/APM/CSDM Lead Developer with +10 years of ServiceNow experience and +5 years of experience with SPM and +3 years of experience with APM development and support. We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work at European time. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the technical solution design, perform development, unit testing and production deployment for SPM, APM, and CSDM;
- Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and JTI architecture standards and guidelines;
- Clarify business requirements directly with the customer and implement required system configuration and development changes, as per the agreed-upon technical design;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement integration requirements with other systems;
- Estimate time and effort for all activities and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the rest of the team;
- Provide timely technical support for issue resolution including UAT and Post Go-Live support, including data maintenance. Work with end users and other support teams and vendors if required;
- Ensure that required system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live;
- Provide the necessary support required for user training preparation and delivery;
- Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within team SLA and release schedule;
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- 10+ years total of ServiceNow practical experience;
- +5 years of experience with SPM development and support;
- +3 years of experience with APM development and support;
- At least 2 CSDM implementations;
- Experience in leading projects;
- Experience in leading a small team;
- Expert-level ServiceNow development skills;
- Good understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, and having development experience in Agile projects;
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and awareness of the latest trends and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform;
- Ability to initiate customer interfacing meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified;
- Proven technical writing and documentation skills;
- Fluent in English;
