  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • High level of computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes.
  • Extensive experience in working with desktop computers, Windows, computing in the network environment (i.e. CRM, shared drives, etc.), Excel, email, remote communications tools (GoToMeeting, remote desktop, etc.), helpdesk/support websites, backend of websites for changes and updates, and CRM.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of technical BPO experience and preferably an associate's degree or better training and education beyond high school or equivalent.
  • Able to coordinate with other suppliers.
  • Amenable to work fully onsite at BGC, Taguig.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Taking reservations and dealing with customers on the phone and at the counter.
  • Taking calls and enquiries for our customers in Australia.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and sales.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, telephony, hardware, and software.
  • Document application processes and procedures for the Call Center teams' use.
  • Ensure systems are secure and ready for users. (Tools: Websites, TSD, MS Office, telephony).
  • Create tickets, follow-up and escalate to Local IT/supplier issues that require specialist assistance.
  • Ensure data in TSD is updated and accurate.
  • On-call even on weekends/RD to resolve and coordinate IT-related issues.
