Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling and interacting with potential customers to determine their financial situation and provide tailored debt review solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide excellent support and customer service.
- Safeguard and deal with confidential information.
- Monitor sales activities and keep customer records accurately.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Debt Management is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills to persuade customers and close deals successfully.
- Ability to work well in a team when necessary.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and correctly.
- Proficiency in English and any other additional South African languages.
- Familiarity with Debt Review.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time - Pay: Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and daily incentives. - Experience:- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
