Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B) About the role: As our B2B Business Development Manager, you'll be a key player in expanding SkillCamper's footprint within the corporate landscape. You'll be on the front lines, connecting with businesses of all sizes, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our AI-powered learning platform can transform their workforce. Think: building relationships with L&D leaders, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals that drive significant impact. You'll be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of upskilling and reskilling in the age of AI. What you'll bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role*, ideally within the ed-tech or SaaS space.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You're a master storyteller who can articulate the value of SkillCamper with clarity and conviction.
  • A deep understanding of the corporate learning landscape. You know the challenges businesses face and how to position SkillCamper as the solution.
  • A hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • MBA from a Reputed Institute
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience selling learning solutions.
  • Existing relationships with L&D leaders in various industries.
  • Are great at creating compelling pitch decks
