Legal Consultant, Japanese Speaking - Fortune 100 We are currently seeking to hire a qualified lawyer with fluency in Japanese language skills to join our Fortune 100 clients: This position is based in Hong Kong or Singapore, and also open for relocation for lawyers with Japanese fluency out of the regions who are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment. We will sponsor visa. Responsibilities Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F100 clients to provide commercially tailored support Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required Qualifications: Lawyers ideally with 4 -10 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. Senior lawyers are also welcome.
