Job Description: HR Manager (Remote) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager with strong leadership and an assertive personality to lead our remote HR team. This role involves managing key HR functions and ensuring alignment with company objectives in a fully remote setup. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team comprising HR Admin, HR Coordinator, Recruiter, and HR Compliance roles.
• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies tailored for remote teams.
• Lead and optimize recruitment efforts to attract top-tier remote talent.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
• Foster a positive and inclusive remote work culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues with a proactive and assertive approach.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and implement effective HR solutions.
• Design and execute training and development programs to enhance team and organizational performance.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in remote or hybrid work settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams, with high dominance and assertiveness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective remote team management.
• Proficiency in HR software and virtual collaboration tools.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices for remote work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
